Tuscan Herb Baguette

They said it couldn't be done, ha!  Our baguette has a wonderful soft crust and a savory crumb. Made with a Tuscan blend of herbs, including oregano, garlic, basil, sage, rosemary, savory and thyme, it's perfect warmed and served with bread oil, garnished as a bruschetta, or even quartered to make quick french bread pizzas.

Flatbread Pizza Crust

Garnish with your favorite toppings and slide into the oven for 10 minutes to enjoy a real sized pizza you can pick up and fold in half. Heck, even save some for lunch tomorrow, it reheats really well!

Dark Whole Grain Bread

A pumpernickel-like dark bread made with whole grain buckwheat, sorghum and teff, and with sunflower, sesame and caraway seeds. Great for sandwiches, with smoked salmon and cream cheese, or, for a real treat, toasted with some Nutella.
